Dr. Balakrishnan Muniandy is a former Professor at the Centre for Instructional Technology and Multimedia, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang, Malaysia. He obtained his PhD in Educational Technology from the University of Oregon, USA in 2000. He has served in various fields of education for 35 years.

Dr. Cameron Richards is an Australian academic. He has extensive experience working in education in the Asia Pacific region – including Professorships at Nangyang University, Singapore, the Hong Kong Institute of Education, the University of Western Australia and the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is an adviser to CIDS New-Gen.
Professor Dato’ Dr. Ab.Rahim Selamat after completing his service in several public universities and educational institutions, holds the position of Principal Consultant of ARH Educational Services and Programme and Academic Development Advisor. He was appointed as the Advisory Panel of the Malaysian Education Development Plan 2013-2025 by the Ministry of Education Malaysia.
